At Hagg Hill Weekender, music is about connection, atmosphere, and shared experience — not pressure or performance for performance’s sake.

We host small, adult-only, neurodiverse-led events, with a maximum audience of around 400 people, and we’re interested in musicians who enjoy playing to respectful, engaged audiences in a community-first setting.

This role applies to adult-only Hagg Hill Weekender events, including our music-led camping weekenders and selected wellness events where music supports the overall tone.

Musicians at Hagg Hill Weekender may:

• perform live sets as part of a curated programme
• help shape the atmosphere of the event
• play to small, friendly, attentive audiences
• work within clear time slots and agreed expectations

For music-led events, a PA system and stage are provided.
Musicians bring their own instruments and personal equipment.

This is not a high-pressure festival environment.

🎪 Events This Role Covers

Musicians may be involved in adult-only events, including:

• Summer Vibes
  An adult-only, music-led camping weekender with live music by day and early evening, followed by silent disco at night
• Wellness in the Wild
  An adult-only wellness retreat where music is calm, supportive, and atmosphere-led rather than festival-style

💸 Payment & Reality Check (With Honesty)

We’re going to be very upfront here.

This is a first-year, independent event with no sponsors and no corporate backing.
Budgets are on the lower end — and yes, even our “higher” rates are still pretty low (we laugh about it so you don’t have to 😅).

Because of this:

• Some roles are paid (modestly, honestly)
• Some musicians choose to offer their music in exchange for a free weekend ticket and camping

Everything is discussed openly, with no surprises and no pressure.
